On our media training courses we demystify the media, teach interview and performance techniques and enable you to take full advantage of any media appearances you may have. We also simulate the pressure you'll feel giving an interview - recording you whilst putting you through your paces and then providing targeted feedback.

FAQ

Do you do one-on-one media training?

Yes we do. These sessions tend to be aimed at senior executives who have a specific interview or event to prepare for. We also run many one-on-one sessions for those who’ve done our main training but need a refresher ahead of their next media appearance.

Where do the courses take place?

This is flexible. We can come to your office and run the session in a boardroom or meeting room. But we recommend you do your training in an external venue to avoid the distractions of work. We can provide one at an additional cost.

What if there’s a real mix of experience in your group?

We take time to research all our trainees in advance and send them a short questionnaire to work out their level of ability. If there is a significant difference within the group, we recommend running two half day sessions back-to-back. One half day for the more experienced group and another for the less experienced group.

Do you run online media training sessions?

Yes. Our online media training sessions are one-on-one and last around 90 minutes. We are able to record and watch back mock interviews during the session as well as teach vital theory.
